Erica Brown

I didn’t set out to work in real estate and so I must have acquired it via osmosis by being around mom for so many years while I was growing up. I began my career in commercial real estate after attending Lassiter High School and then Kennesaw State University. After several years and different job titles I decided to get my real estate license and sell residential real estate. Mom was not keen on the idea at first, but that changed when she saw the passion I had for working with people and the success in my first year. I quickly grew to truly love my job for the first time in my life. I was able to partner up with my mentor in life and apply the values that she taught me. We’ve found that we both have skills the other may not have, but that it what makes us a strong “Team”.

Sabrina Watson

Over 22 years ago I entered into the real estate market via the mortgage business. Erica was only 5 years old. There were many nights when fast food or pizza had to suffice for dinner because the days were long and the job demanding. In 2005 I received a Top Gun/Top Producer Award from the Atlanta Business Chronicle. And so, although business was good and I enjoyed my job, I recall telling Erica “Be a doctor, be a lawyer or be Madonna. But what ever you do, don’t get into real estate.” And as a daughter often does, she did not listen. About 5 years ago Erica went into commercial real estate and finding that she had a knack for it, and decided to try residential real estate a few years later. She was great! She met and exceeded her goals within the first few months. After seeing how she really took to it, I found a company that would allow Erica and I both to work together doing real estate and mortgages. However, once I got my real estate license and began showing property and selling homes with Erica, I realized how much I really, really like that side of real estate. The bonus is that I get to work with my best friend on a daily basis and am having the time of my life.
